Tuscany country home

{Lavender tones and sunflower yellow}: I love country homes and their charm, especially this nice little rustico surrounded by the natural beauty within Maremma, in the Tuscany region.
The owners have salvaged this ruin found in the Medieval borgo 'Roccalbegna' which has been restructured by maintaining the original size, only 70 sq meters, and respecting the typical features of a casa di campagna [country home]. Lavender tones and sunflower yellow are typical colours of Provence, one of the owners' favourite destination, which have been used throughout the house.

We had a woinderful break in cape Town. We visited Waterford Wine Estate in Stellenbosch and it reminds me so much of this beautiful Tuscan home.
