Kitchens from the past

{Old Sweet Memories}: I don't know why but I have always been fascinated by old kitchens... it might be that they just remind of those days when my grandmother used to bake delicious apple pie and make polenta...

I try hard to make my brand new house and my brand new kitchen look like something from the past. In L.A. where I live, nothing is from the past, you have to fake it, which is kind of sad.

That first picture is amazing! It would look so good in a flat where space was a problem, but style was a must! Much better than a little camping stove...
